"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me." (Revelation 3:20) This week at youth we will be looking at what Faith is. We will learn about being in relationship with God, and trying to grasp His unconditional love toward us within that relationship. Pray for deep listening, wisdom, and application into the rest of their lives, for the rest of their lives. The purpose of the Alpha weekend away is to give youth the opportunity to experience God in new ways. Continue to pray that all plans and preparation leading up to this weekend are in step with what God would ask of us.

The Prescott Rotary Club has asked Upper Canada YFC to manage their ice cream shop in the lighthouse at the marina in Prescott this Summer. This opportunity will provide jobs for 4-6 of our youth, and open doors for our ministry in new ways that the youth can be actively involved in. Please pray that we will use this opportunity to love our community and continue to be a light wherever God sends us. The Prescott Youth group will be teaming up with the town of Prescott to help organise an annual clean up. This event will take place on April 21 and 22nd. We have the honour of connecting with local schools, and churches to encourage their participation. Please pray for us as we shine our light into the community and plan for this event together.

Upper Canada YFC will help make it possible for 2 youth from each High school in Brockville, Athens and Prescott to attend Leadercast. It is our intention to build relationships with schools to develop trusted partnerships. This week we will be meeting with a representative from Leadercast to work on these plans.  Please pray for this initiative and for relationships to grow with the purpose of furthering the kingdom.  This "Set Free Indeed" logo has replaced the "Over 18" logo. It is the heart of this group to expose, educate, and offer freedom to those entrapped in pornography by sharing the life changing message of Jesus Christ. We need prayer for the continued guidance and momentum in making this initiative a reality. Pray that God shows us where He has gone in the planning so we can stay in step.  Please pray as Upper Canada YFC is looking for new people to come on staff to bless more churches, which will bless more youth, and have a greater reach in Upper Canada. There is also a need for Johanna to become full time, which means we will need to partner with more people to allow to her work 30 hours a week. We need to be praying for $550.00 a month for this to be possible. We worship the one and only God that is in, through and over all things. As we continue to be obedient in all He has asked, we know He will provide. " As simple as this concept might be, it takes faith and the Holy Spirit to plant it in our hearts to stay. Pray that this truth is both planted and takes root in the lives of our youth. Please pray that all of Tuesday night at "Youth Answer" points to Jesus, and gives God the Glory.

Brockville Alpha on Facebook... Click here Brockville Alpha Prayer Updates Thursday morning from 10 am - 12 pm we have prayer for the Youth and Children's Pastors in Brockville and surrounding area's. We gather to pray for one another, and hear from God.

God has been blessing them in how they do ministry for many years, and there is so much we can learn from them. We have decided that 10% of all money that comes into Upper Canada YFC's general fund will go to YFC Ukraine. In doing this, we are blessing others as we are blessed. Brockville Alpha on Facebook... Click here Brockville Alpha Prayer Updates Planning for the Holy Spirit weekend will begin this week. There will be 4 youth groups from Brockville, Athens,and Prescott participating. Location has not yet been determined; pray for the details to come together and for hearts to be prepared. Date: April 7-8, 2017. This past Sunday we visited St. Paul's Anglican Church to talk about doing a Summer Camp in the little village of Cardinal. Cardinal has been in a really difficult place with Benson Public School on the chopping block, and the recent closure of St. James Presbyterian church (above left). It is our heart with the Anglican church to create a space for families to know God, and to be loved and cared for. Please pray for this little village with us, for the upcoming Summer Camp, and for God to bring the right volunteers and families to fill this building to overflowing with praises again.

This group exists to shine a light into what healthy love is, and expose the harmful effects of pornography.
